Rashida Kamara is a Management Analyst for the Repair and Plasticity (R&P) Cluster at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS). As a Management Analyst, Rashida is responsible for the providing analytical, administrative, programmatic and management support to the R&P. 
 
Rashida has a demonstrated history of providing exceptional change management, process improvement, and project management services in the public health and healthcare industry. Rashida received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health Science from the University of Maryland College Park and B.S. in Nursing from the George Washington University. Following graduation, Rashida completed a post-graduate fellowship supporting the Office of Global Research (OGR) at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). As a Post-Graduate Fellow, she served as a project lead and conducted a Statistical Analysis of Foreign Scientists Conducting Research at the NIH FY 2007 - 2017. Prior to joining NINDS, Rashida was a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse supporting several large scale public health projects such as the Department of Veteran's Affairs' Oracle Cerner Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) project.
