Manda Richards joined NIH in 2014 as a highly experienced and enthusiastic business professional with a demonstrated ability to manage a changing and complex workload in a variety of environments. Manda is equipped with more than 6+ years of comprehensive achievements within Administrative/Grants Management, and Program Management during her time at NHLBI, NIA, and NCI. As a Specialist, Manda has managed a multitude of complex mechanisms and enjoys working closely and jointly with Program Officers to proactively communicate any compliance issues that may arise. She is always open to providing expert and authoritative advice, guidance and interpretation when needed to navigate award issuance.
Manda received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Maryland College Park as well as her Master’s in Project Management and Business Management from the University of Maryland University College.
