What is Miller Fisher syndrome (MFS)?
Miller Fisher syndrome (MFS) is a rare nerve disease. It is considered to be a variant of Guillain-Barré syndrome. Symptoms of MFS include:
- Paralysis of the eye muscles
- Lack of reflexes in the tendons
- Abnormal muscle coordination
- Weak muscles
- Respiratory (breathing) problems or respiratory failure
